Support - Customer Support Systems

PMDG provides two support systems as outlined below:
SUBMIT A TICKET AT THE SUPPORT PORTAL

PMDG's Support Portal system is ticket-based and offers our our support staff the ability to provide help and track problems quickly. You will need to create an account in the system in order to submit tickets.

On 25FEB10 PMDG discontinued email based support. The old email addresses are not monitored and will recieve an auto-response directing you to the Support Portal. All further support inquiries should be made through the new Support Portal.
USER TO USER SUPPORT FORUM

The PMDG Forum is hosted by the Avsim.com Forum System. If you would like to post a question, you will have to register at Avsim. The user forum is often a faster way to resolve most questions because it is populated by thousands of experienced PMDG product users who are eager to share their knowledge and help fellow simmers. For guests, the forum is read-only and may not be available without login depending on Avsim system load.
