Captain Robert S. Randazzo

Robert S. Randazzo founded PMDG in late 1997 with the intent to add an educational component to the world of desktop flight simulation. Captain Randazzo is an Airline Transport Pilot rated airline pilot formerly based out of Washington, DC. Captain Randazzo spent sixteen years in the airline business, and has served in various management and non management roles during his career from Operations Management to Chief Pilot. He brings a broad array of knowledge to PMDG products including Part 121 Air Carrier operations, ETOPS certification, ETOPS operations and large aircraft systems. Captain Randazzo manages primarily the business operation of PMDG as well as being responsible for programming the mechanical systems on PMDG aircraft simulations. For pleasure he flies an SNJ-6, he is a vintage aircraft and restoration buff and co-owns and manages a team that races an
SNJ-6 at the National Air Races in Reno, NV. (Fourth place in 2006!) He recently started a firm that consults to airlines on operational matters and flies a Twin Commander whenever the opportunity presents itself. He resides in Western Nevada with his wife, (Marisa), daughter (Tabitha) and two dogs (Gracie and Bailey).

Marc Harrington

Marc Harrington is currently attending Florida's Institue of Technology where he is seeking a dgree in Business Administration. Marc, now 21, joined PMDG more than five years ago and was the inspiration that drove PMDG to begin developing airliner simulations in late 1999. Currently involved in cockpit artwork and animation, Marc has primary responsibility to develop the 2D animation sequences used in PMDG's airliner cockpit simulations. Marc was born in Germany and holds dual German/US citizenship. He splits his time as best he is able between his schooling in Florida and his family's home near Frankfurt, Germany. Marc holds a US PPL certificate in addition to being a long time Flight Simulation fan and airline industry afficionado. Marc's work on PMDG airliners is well known within the Flight Simulation community and Marc is frequently credited as being "the idea man" for many new innovations that eventually are found in PMDG products.

Born 1970 in Athens, Greece, where I am residing once again, after ten years in the U.S.A where I studied and worked, receiving my B.A in Computer Science from Vassar College and several certifications in Finance working in various top Wall Street firms writing trading software. Apart from running NetGroup, my own software and network consulting business, I also serve as a lead member of PMDG, an elite group of developers producing specialized airliner aircraft simulations for MS
Flight Simulator. As founding member of VATSIM, the world leading online network of simulator pilots and controllers, I've served as VP of Development and actively fly online to showcase and test our products.
I am happily married with Margarita and have three kids - my daughter Athena and son Stefanos from my first marriage and Vassilis, the youngest, my step-son. I hold a Private Pilot's license since 2001, flying Socata TB9s and Cessna 172s around the Greek islands when the weather is not too hot.

Vin Scimone

Vin Scimone is a professional 3D Artist whose work has appeared in PC Games and Television Advertising for many years. Vin joined PMDG in 2001 and took over responsibility for aircraft and cockpit modeling on all PMDG projects. Vin earned a BA in Philosophy from Colgate University before entering the gaming industry and currenly resides in New York State with his wife and two children. Vin holds a Commercial/MEL certificate - Instrument Airplane, as well as a CFI-Single Engine Land certificate. Vin's work is highly respected within the simulation community for his ability to model complex systems.

Born 1967. living in Athens, Greece, married one child and one soon to come. Received Dipl -Ing in Mech. Eng. (NTUA Greece), MSc and PhD in computational fluid dynamics (Imperial College, London, UK). IC staff member till 1998 and affiliated research associate till present. Academic journal publications on predictive methods for turbulent reactive flows and gas explosions. Four chapters in books. Co-owner of consultancy firm performing contracted work for the aerospace, defense and automotive industry and related governmental institutions. Smokes like a chimney and prefers Jack Daniels (two ice cubes please) or proper single malt otherwise will politely say no thank you I never touch the stuff. Flying experience : about 20 hours in A300-B4 and about another 20 in 737-200 motion sims (ages ago) and a couple of hours real in a mutli-engine a/c.

Earned an Associate Degree from the University of Minnesota and my Aircraft Maintenance Technician, Transport Category Licenses. Spent 10 years traveling the world working the Charter Circuit for various airlines as a Flight Mechanic, Tech Rep, and Line Mechanic before moving back to the Midwest. Now coordinate Maintenance Activity for the 757 fleet at a large US network carrier. Earned my private ticket the same day I got my drivers license (same instructor to boot) 5 hrs short of my Instrument ticket. Last Flew a Piper Arrow. Have about 50 hrs in the 757, A320, 727, DC-10, L-1011, DC-8, and 747 Level D sim's and go back for more every chance that I get

25 years old, currently living in the deserts of Tucson, AZ. Ryan is in his last semester in the political science degree program at the University of Arizona.
